155-unit community marks Cima's entry into Nebraska market; full-scale turnaround underway.

Cima Investment Group is proud to announce the successful acquisition of The Residence at Gramercy, a 155-unit senior living community located in Lincoln, Nebraska. Cima acquired the property directly from Fannie Mae and is in the midst of a transformative operational turnaround and full renovation of the asset.
The Residence at Gramercy offers both Independent Living and Assisted Living, making it one of the largest and most diverse communities in Cima's portfolio. The acquisition represents Cima's continued expansion beyond its Texas and Oklahoma base into new markets with strong demographic tailwinds.
