Cima Investment Group has completed the acquisition of Courtyards Senior Living, a 67-unit assisted living and memory care community in Odessa, Texas.

Built in 2014, Courtyards is a well-maintained community in the heart of the Permian Basin. The property's strong physical condition allows Cima to focus immediately on operational improvements and programming enhancements rather than extensive renovation work.
